- Account information — name, email address, credentials, and profile details used to create and secure your account.
- Business & CRM content — the prospect, deal, property, owner, tenant, contact, comment, and activity data you or your organization enter into or generate through the Service.
- Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser/device information, and interactions with the Service used for security, debugging, and improvement.
- Cookies & similar technologies — used to keep you signed in and to operate the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and maintain the Service;
- authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
- improve, develop, and analyze the Service, including AI-assisted features;
- communicate with you about the Service; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Data Ownership
As described in our Terms of Service, and as between you and Revala, the data made available through, entered into, or generated by the Service is owned by Revala, LLC unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by Revala, LLC. We handle that data in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
- with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, database, and authentication providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- with users within your organization who are granted access to shared records;
- when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Revala, our users, or the public; and
- in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger, financing, or acquisition).

Information is stored with reputable cloud infrastructure providers and protected with measures including access controls, authentication, and row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data indefinitely.
7. Your Choices
You may update your account information or request changes by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal information; we will honor applicable rights subject to legal limits and to the data-ownership terms described above.
